Would I have to apply the patch if I was auto upgrading from WPMU 2.7.1 directly to 2.8.4?

You'd have to import the stand-alone blogs into the MU install, and use the Domain mapping plugin to make the sub-blog handle the domain name.

It's pretty do-able though.

For example, this very blog was a stand-alone WP blog, then we moved it into our WPMU install.

Hi I'm learning wordpress and have 3 online blogs (and 4 on localhost). I wonder, can I install a new WPMU and later link or include, in some way, the ones I alredy made? I've thought about it for some time and as the old ones grows it seems like something for me...
Thanx!
